The location is convenient, with lots of restaurants and bars nearby. Despite being close to the main road, the hotel is elevated, so there is minimal noise. We loved the unlimited access to saunas and a jacuzzi. The breakfast was delicious and varied every day.

We celebrated New Year's Eve at a hotel in a beautiful mountain town. The breakfast buffet was really good and had a lot of options to choose from. Our room had a great view of the mountains and was spacious enough for the two of us. It was also easy to get to and had parking available. The location was perfect, only a short walk from the restaurants and activities.

The WiFi was really difficult to connect to and very slow. Our television didn't work well and there wasn't an obvious solution or easy fix.

The room was amazing at Hotel Grey Spa! It had everything I needed - a comfy bed, a desk to work on, and a safety deposit box to keep my belongings secure. The air conditioning was a lifesaver for a light sleeper like me. And the private bathroom with a shower was clean and had free toiletries. Plus, I loved that some rooms came with a balcony - perfect for enjoying the view.

But honestly, I wasn't a fan of the electric kettle in this double room. It's just my personal preference.
